How was everyone's weekend? The weather was beautiful here in Massachusetts and we had a great time with our friends out in western MA for a big 3-0 birthday party bash. My friend Alischa threw a really great party for her husband's 30th which included barbecue, pies, an outdoor movie on the lawn with the kids, and a popcorn table! She's an awesome event planner if anyone in the Springfield, MA area is looking for a good party planner! ;) Here's a few pics I stole from her FB page.
Last week I also staged a new construction home in Medfield, MA. What a huge difference a staged home makes over an empty, lonely house. Many buyers just can't envision how furniture will look or fit into an empty house and staging helps to solve that problem by providing a visual for how furniture can be arranged in a home. Also, staging a new construction home helps takes away the sometimes uninviting feel of walking into a completely empty house and can help buyers feel more connected to the house. Check out some before an afters and let me know what you think!

So what do you think? Does the staging help you envision living in a house like this? Love to hear your feedback!
